Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate welding and assembly teams
Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality control
Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company standards
Report production progress and address any issues promptly
Train and support team members as needed
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a supervisory role within welding or assembly
Strong knowledge of welding techniques and assembly processes
Ability to read technical drawings and production schedules
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience in armored vehicle or automotive manufacturing is a plus.
