We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor with 5-7 years of supervision experience and strong knowledge of Pre-Press, Press, and Post-Press operations in the printing industry. The ideal candidate must have UAE experience, be ready for immediate joining, and be committed to maintaining production quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production activities across Pre-Press, Press, and Post-Press departments
Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of production targets
Monitor production quality and resolve any issues that arise during operations
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Train, guide, and motivate production staff
Maintain production schedules and documentation
Collaborate with management to improve production processes and efficiency
Qualifications & Experience:
5-7 years of experience in production supervision, preferably in printing
Strong knowledge of Pre-Press, Press, and Post-Press operations
UAE experience is mandatory
Immediate joiners preferred
