We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations in our chemical production unit. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in supervising production teams, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining product quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Manage workforce scheduling and allocate tasks efficiently.
Maintain accurate production reports and records.
Ensure proper handling and storage of chemical materials.
Identify and troubleshoot process issues to minimize downtime.
Coordinate with maintenance and quality control departments for smooth operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Chemical Engineering or related field.
4-6 years of UAE experience in a chemical manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of production processes and safety protocols.
Good leadership and team management skills.
Fluent in English & Hindi
