Job Description

The Wood Production Supervisor ensures that safety policies and procedures are adhered to and oversees the shipping and receiving of materials. They organize and direct staff and ensure that all production related problems are solved. They also set and review productivity standards and motivate the team to meet them.

Responsibilities

-Supervise and coordinate daily production processes in the wood production department
-Ensure quality standards are met and exceeded throughout the production process
-Monitor and track production output to ensure efficiency and accuracy
-Identify and implement continuous improvement activities
-Train, mentor, and motivate staff
-Schedule production activities to ensure timely completion
-Identify and resolve production issues
-Ensure safety standards are followed
-Prepare and analyze production reports
-Keep up to date on industry trends and techniques
-Maintain inventory levels and create reordering requisitions when needed
-Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
-Perform all other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Umm al-Quwain City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
