Ensure efficient production with the optimal combination of inputs to produce maximum output at the minimum cost by supervising the complete process.
Contribute to the estimation of raw materials, preparation of the cutting list and production planning.
Improve, maintain, and monitor the efficiency of the workers.
Keep department informed of the production plan, deadlines/targets, and any changes etc.
Resolve production issues by coordinating with Line Manager.
Ensure the general housekeeping of all areas, walkways, workstations etc.
Immediately report any machine breakdowns to the Maintenance Department and the Line Manager.
Ensure a safe working environment and enforce safe work practices, reporting any violators, all work accidents and make certain that preventative measures are taken.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

Umm al-Quwain City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
