PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR.
We are looking a experienced supervisor for our 21ct Jewellery Manufacturing firm with following skills.
*Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role is essential.
*A strong understanding of jewelry manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control standards is crucial
*Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are necessary to manage a team and interact with different departments.
*The ability to quickly identify and resolve production-related issues is key to success
The duties will be,
Supervise, motivate, and mentor a team of jewelers, setters, polishers, and other production staff. This includes assigning tasks, coordinating schedules, and allocating resources to meet production targets.
*Implement and enforce rigorous quality control measures throughout the production process to ensure all jewelry meets the company's standards for design, precision, and finish. This involves inspecting final products and troubleshooting issues that affect quality.
*Provide ongoing training and coaching to team members to improve their skills and performance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
