Only candidates with relevant joinery/fit-out experience will be considered.
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production activities in the joinery and fit-out workshop.
Ensure all work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with the design, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Plan and allocate tasks to carpenters, painters, and other production staff.
Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
Check production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and efficiency in the workshop.
Maintain daily production reports and update management on progress.
Identify process improvements to increase productivity and quality.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a joinery or fit-out company.
Strong knowledge of joinery production processes, materials, and machinery.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
