Metal Fabrication Production Supervisor

Job Summary:

We're looking for a seasoned Production Supervisor to oversee our metal fabrication operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, and leading a team of production staff.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Planning and Scheduling: Plan and schedule production activities to meet customer demands and deadlines.

2. Team Management: Supervise and motivate a team of production staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

3. Quality Control: Ensure quality standards are met by monitoring production processes and implementing quality control measures.

4. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

5. Safety and Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

6. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.

7. Communication: Communicate effectively with production staff, management, and customers.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in metal fabrication or a related industry.

2. Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and team management skills.

3. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes and techniques.

4. Quality Control: Experience with quality control measures and procedures.

5. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Certifications: Certifications in metal fabrication, quality control, or a related field.

2. CAD Software: Familiarity with CAD software and other production planning tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
