About Us:
We are a leading lighting pole manufacturing company based in Ras Al Khaimah, specializing in the production of high-quality steel poles for street lighting, decorative, and high-mast applications. With state-of-the-art machinery including a 14m bending machine and a 36m laser cutting machine.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead and oversee all manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production, maintain quality standards, manage a workforce of approximately 80 employees, and coordinate between departments to achieve delivery and performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and monitor daily and monthly production schedules.
Supervise fabrication, welding, galvanizing, and assembly operations.
Ensure product quality and adherence to safety standards.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and accounts for smooth operations.
Manage machine utilization, preventive maintenance, and resource allocation.
Lead and motivate factory supervisors and staff for optimal productivity.
Maintain accurate production and performance reports.
Enforce HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and company policies.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in process and efficiency.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Production Head in a metal fabrication or pole manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of production planning, manpower management, and quality control.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Engineering or technical background preferred.
