Job Title: Production Supervisor

Reporting to: Production Manager

Job main scope: Manage LV Switchgear Factory

Minimum required educational level: Bachelor's

degree in electrical engineering/Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Minimum required experience: 5-10 years, Minimum 5years experience in handling the production of LV Switchgear Panels-Both Power & Control Panels.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Experience in managing the production of LV Switchgear Power & Control Panels. Experience in managing the production of PLC/Scada, Automation Panels, Synchronization Panels etc. Provide Effective Solutions to the factory to get better results. Motivate technicians to get better results. Organizing in-house training session to create self-confidence & knowledge sharing to others, get new platform for new learning. Trainings for upgrading people skills to meet quality output to reduce rework to save money & Time. Work with QC team to produce quality product with local & international and regulatory standards. Fulfilment of the commitment on deliveries to the clients and management. Conducting weekly meetings at shop floor to review new methods & systems with workers level to under & coach best work practice. Housekeeping, Scrap segregation & Recycling of usable scraps, create new personality developments session & guidelines, Implementing of new process system for smooth flowing. Tracking and Tracing of the materials used in the production. Proper management of the materials. Awareness of safety working methods, job commitment to second level. Housekeeping & waste elimination & control. Co-ordination with Project and procurement team. Should have sound technical knowledge on the LV Switchgear Power & Control Panels. To coordinate with local and foreign vendors for the best terms & conditions To provide detailed timely status reporting as required by PM Maintain and handle all documents related to the factory. Proper documentation of NCR and other ISO related documents.
