Job Description

We are seeking a capable and experienced Factory Supervisor to oversee the daily operations and productivity of our manufacturing facility.

Production line experience compulsory

Responsibilities:



Supervise and guide production workers, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. Loading the containers in proper manner and accurately. Oversee production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and meeting targets. Ensure safety compliance, conduct inspections, and promote a safety culture. Coordinate equipment maintenance, minimizing downtime. Manage inventory levels, coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams. Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and offer development opportunities. Identify process improvement opportunities, enhance productivity and efficiency. Maintain production records, generate reports on key indicators. Foster effective communication, address employee concerns promptly.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
