Key Responsibilities
Supervision & Coordination
Oversee daily production and civil works at site/factory.
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
Technical Oversight
Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work orders.
Ensure quality standards and compliance with civil engineering practices.
Production Management
Plan and schedule production activities to meet targets.
Optimize resources, materials, and equipment usage.
Quality & Safety Assurance
Implement quality control measures.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Reporting
Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and material usage records.
Report issues, delays, or risks to senior management.
Qualifications
Diploma in Civil Engineering.
