Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Production Supervisor with strong knowledge in retail signage fabrication, particularly illuminated signs. The ideal candidate will lead daily operations in the production unit, manage a team of fabricators and technicians, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely delivery of signage projects.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the signage production unit.
Ensure that all illuminated signs (LED, acrylic, aluminum, etc.) are produced as per quality and design specifications.
Schedule and allocate tasks to technicians and workers for efficient workflow.
Monitor production timelines and ensure on-time project completion.
Collaborate with the design, sales, and installation teams for seamless project execution.
Troubleshoot any production issues and apply timely corrective actions.
Enforce health, safety, and quality control standards in the production area.
Maintain stock of raw materials and coordinate with procurement when required.
Train and mentor production staff to improve technical and operational efficiency.
Provide daily and weekly production reports to management.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in signage production.
Strong understanding of LED lighting systems, acrylic and aluminum fabrication, vinyl application, and wiring.
Hands-on experience with signage production tools including CNC machines, laser cutters, and bending equipment.
Excellent leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and signage specifications.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering is preferred.
