Supervise daily production operations and ensure work is carried out as per schedule. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and guide production workers. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. Maintain quality control throughout the production process. Report on production targets, efficiency, and issues to management. Coordinate with maintenance and other departments for smooth workflow. Train and support workers to improve productivity and quality.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
as a Production Supervisor or similar role. Strong knowledge of production processes, tools, and safety procedures. Leadership and team management skills. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to read and follow production schedules and reports. Physically fit and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.Walk-in Interview Details:
