Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers, carpenters, machinists, and other factory personnel involved in joinery and fit-out works.
Plan daily and weekly production schedules based on project deadlines and priorities.
Monitor workflow and productivity, ensuring all products are manufactured to the required quality standards.
Review technical drawings, joinery details, and material specifications to guide the team accurately.
Ensure the efficient use of materials, machinery, and labor.
Coordinate with the project team, design, procurement, and logistics departments to meet production timelines.
Implement quality control procedures and ensure adherence to industry standards and client expectations.
Maintain a safe and organized working environment by enforcing company health and safety policies.
Train and mentor team members to build technical skills and improve overall team performance.
Report production metrics, progress, delays, and issues to senior management regularly.
Manage machine maintenance schedules in coordination with the maintenance team.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a joinery, carpentry, or interior fit-out production environment.
Strong knowledge of woodworking machinery, tools, and materials.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, cutting lists, and joinery details.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
