Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the production team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement production plans and strategies to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Monitor and maintain production processes and equipment to ensure maximum efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless production and timely delivery of products.
- Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and standards to meet customer expectations.
- Identify and resolve production-related issues in a timely manner.
- Keep accurate records of production and inventory levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Strong knowledge of production processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and other production software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
