Job Description

Silver Point the Print House is a leading packaging and printing service provider in the UAE dedicated to delivering high-quality packaging solutions and customer service. We are currently seeking candidates for the role of

Production Supervisor

to assist the production process of our branches and bring new innovation. The role requires strong knowledge of printing technology and excellent communication, problem-solving and coordination skills to enhance operational efficiency.

Duties & Responsibilities:



Manage and coordinate high-volume printing, finishing and binding operations.

Implement strategies and innovations to ensure the desired output and customer satisfaction.

Conduct presentations explaining products and printing technologies to clients, highlighting their competitive advantages to drive business growth.

Coordinate with other departments to confirm quality assurance and seamless operations.

Education and Experience



Candidate must possess a Printing Diploma or above

Strong knowledge of printing processes and technology

5+ years of experience as a supervisor in the printing industry

Must have a valid UAE driving license

Skills and Other Requirements



Leadership and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Strong understanding of production process and quality control.

Pay Scale



5000 AED
