Key Responsibilities

Production Oversight:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities, ensuring smooth workflow, meeting production targets and deadlines, and optimizing processes for efficiency and quality.

Team Leadership:

Lead, train, mentor, and schedule production staff; resolve employee issues; and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Quality & Safety Compliance:

Implement and enforce safety protocols (like HACCP), monitor processes for quality standards, and ensure adherence to company policies and food regulations.

Reporting & Administration:

Maintain accurate production records, generate reports, manage timesheets, and handle budget tracking for assigned areas.

Collaboration:

Work with other departments (Quality Control, Shipping) to streamline workflows and achieve overall company goals.

Problem Solving:

Identify and resolve issues, bottlenecks, and equipment problems on the floor. Schedule and assign tasks to production workers. Monitor machine operations and process flow. Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards. Train new hires on equipment, procedures, and rules. Complete daily production reports and data entry. Requisition necessary materials and supplies. Conduct performance check-ins and recommend personnel actions. Support management goals while advocating for the team.
Skills & Knowledge Required

Understanding of food production processes and machinery. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of safety regulations (HACCP, GMP). Good PC skills (Word, Excel). Problem-solving and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
