Supervise daily manufacturing and bottling processes, coordinating the production team to meet output, safety, and quality targets.
Monitor and operate all machinery involved in water filling, resolving equipment issues and ensuring preventive maintenance is performed.
Organize work schedules, assign tasks, and train staff in standard operating procedures and food safety protocols.
Enforce compliance with company policies, health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and potable water standards.
Track inventory of raw materials and packaging supplies to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
Maintain production records, compile daily and shift reports, and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
Lead efforts to continuously improve process efficiency, productivity, and quality; identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
Manage employee relations, support development and training initiatives, and address team issues through coaching and corrective actions.
This position demands strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills, along with experience in industrial manufacturing environments--especially food or beverage production.
