Job Description

The

Production Supervisor must follow the direction of his / her immediate Supervisor and operates in accordance with the Company Policy.

Monitor shop floor activities with equal emphasis on safety and production efficiency Review engineering drawings and order release forms; effectively communicate instructions to supervisors and team leaders Develop and enhance Work Instructions and Risk Assessments based on product design, material specifications, fabrication processes, and quality control standards Analyze workforce utilization, space allocation, and workflow; design equipment and workspace layout for optimum efficiency Coordinate with Planning and Stores to ensure smooth material flow and plan execution Review, update, and track daily Work Orders issued by Planning Ensure timely and efficient execution of production activities aligned with order requirements and delivery schedules Track raw material consumption and perform daily performance analysis Report equipment breakdowns and liaise with the Facility team to maintain production readiness Monitor and evaluate the performance of personnel and machinery Lead by example and provide training and guidance to a production team of 100+ employees Maintain and update ISO documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production operations Conduct and encourage participation in toolbox meetings with production and cross-functional teams Actively engage in 5S practices and support all Quality and HSE initiatives Prepare and release weekly shift schedules, assigning daily tasks to ensure proper workforce deployment
In addition to the above, the Employee is expected to complete any other tasks as assigned by his / her Manager.

Note: Employee to be trained in Abu Dhabi for a few months before deploying to Qatar

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR9,000.00 per month
