Fully responsible for both production and delivering high quality finished product.
Plan, maintain all service and maintenance schedules for all plant and equipment and ensure all production equipment are in perfect operating condition.
Work with estimation department in assessing material and manhour labor production forecasts to provide accurate manufacturing costs.
Monitor the usage and inventory and of all materials.
Skilled in carpentry / joinery works, fabrication, installation of doors, frames, cabinets, wardrobes / shelves, counters, wall panels and all types of furniture.
Familiar with the use of hard/soft wood, laminated wood, veneer, repair works, decorative works.
Supervise and manage all factory employees in efficient and safe working practices and procedures and be fully aware of all health and safety regulations and work policies.
Qualifications-
Degree / Diploma in a suitable field
Minimum 5 years experience in carpentry or joinery in Interiors / Fit out
