Job Title: Production Supervisor - Manufacturing

Location: UAE, Dubai (Applicants must currently be based in the UAE)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will lead a production team, manage daily production activities, ensure product quality and safety standards, and help optimize processes to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and schedule production tasks to meet output targets and deadlines.

Supervise and lead production staff; assign duties and monitor performance.

Monitor production lines and equipment to ensure efficient operations and high-quality output.

Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.

Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, supply-chain and other departments.

Train and mentor production staff; conduct performance reviews.

Identify inefficiencies, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.

Maintain production records and prepare regular reports for management.

Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in relevant field (manufacturing, business).

Experience in manufacturing or production environment, preferably in supervisory role.

Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Knowledge of quality control, safety standards, and maintenance coordination.

Proficiency in MS Office and (ideally) familiarity with manufacturing software/ERP.
