We are urgently looking for an experienced Production Supervisor / In-Charge to manage our tissue products manufacturing unit. The candidate must have technical knowledge of tissue machines and strong managerial skills.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily production operations.
Ensure machine efficiency and product quality.
Lead and train production staff.
Coordinate maintenance and workflow.
Requirements:
3-5 years' experience in tissue or paper product manufacturing.
Technical or engineering background preferred.
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
