Job Description

We are hiring a

Production Supervisor

with strong experience in uniform and sportswear manufacturing to oversee the complete production process. The ideal candidate will manage

embroidery operations, stitching workflows, staff performance, production planning, and quality control

, ensuring orders are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily

production activities

(embroidery, stitching, finishing & packaging).

Plan, schedule, and allocate production orders

according to deadlines and capacity. Monitor productivity and

ensure optimal machine utilization

. Lead and manage production staff, providing

training and performance supervision

. Coordinate with

sales/design team

to ensure proper execution of client requirements. Ensure

quality standards

are met at every step of production. Review and approve

production samples before mass production

.

Troubleshoot production delays

, machine issues, or material shortages. Manage

inventory of fabric, threads, accessories, and trims

. Maintain compliance with

health & safety regulations

and workplace cleanliness. Report production status and challenges to management on a regular basis.

Qualifications & Experience

3-5 years of experience

in garment/uniform/sportswear manufacturing. Strong knowledge of

embroidery, cutting, stitching, and finishing processes

. Experience working with

computerized embroidery machines (Tajima / Barudan / SWF)

. Proven ability to

manage production teams and meet deadlines

. Proficient in

production planning and workflow optimization

. Ability to

read designs, patterns, and production sheets

. Good reporting and communication skills. Basic computer skills (MS Excel, production software is an advantage).

UAE experience preferred
