We are looking for a skilled Production Supervisor to oversee our daily manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and upholstery and fabric management are handled efficiently. You will lead a team of production staff, coordinate with other departments, and drive continuous improvement in our processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities in the workshop.
Ensure production schedules, deadlines, and quality standards are consistently met.
Assign tasks, monitor staff performance, and provide training as needed.
Inspect materials, parts, and finished furniture to ensure compliance with specifications.
Manage and reserve fabrics for upholstery projects to maintain proper stock levels.
Maintain production equipment and coordinate with maintenance teams.
Implement and enforce safety standards in the workplace.
Monitor raw material inventory and report shortages.
Prepare monthly production reports for management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or Team Leader in furniture manufacturing or woodworking industry.
Strong knowledge of furniture production, upholstery techniques, fabric management, materials, and machinery.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
Knowledge of health, safety, and quality standards in manufacturing.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Languages: Arabic and English (required). Other languages are an advantage.
