Job Description
Position: Production Supervisor
Location: UAE Abu Dhabi
Reports to: Production In charge
Job Summary:
Oversee daily manufacturing operations, including high-pressure injection, low-pressure injection, blasting, coating, and steel fabrication. Ensure production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are met while optimizing manpower, materials, and machinery. Maintain strict safety compliance and foster teamwork across the production floor.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute daily production schedules across all stations.
Monitor processes to maintain quality, efficiency, and adherence to SOPs.
Allocate manpower effectively and control material usage to minimize waste.
Coordinate with logistics for timely delivery of finished products.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure proper PPE usage.
Maintain accurate production reports and records.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of 25 staff members.
Requirements:
Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar industry.
Strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of thermoforming machinery and related equipment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production reporting tools.
