What you'll be doing:

As a Production Shift Leader, you will oversee and manage production activities during your assigned shift, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to quality standards. This role involves coordinating with team members, monitoring production processes, and addressing any issues that arise to maintain efficiency and accuracy.


You will be responsible for ensuring attention to detail, maintaining clear communication with the team, and effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum 3 years' experience in a shift leading role. Education qualification: Min Diploma. Accuracy and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Good math and computer application proficiency (MS Office). Open to working flexible shifts. Capable of performing occasional heavy lifting as needed.
