Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project / Production Manager to lead our Process Plant Equipment (PPE) Division, specializing in pressure vessels, piping steel fabrication, structural steel, and process equipment for the Oil & Gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee day-to-day production and project execution within the PPE division. Manage the fabrication and assembly of pressure vessels, piping systems, structural steel, and related process equipment. Plan, schedule, and monitor projects to ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost efficiency. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and quality control teams. Ensure compliance with international codes, standards, and HSE requirements. Build, guide, and supervise production teams to achieve operational excellence. Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project satisfaction.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Proven experience in steel fabrication and project/production management, preferably in oil & gas and process equipment manufacturing. Strong knowledge of ASME codes, API standards, and international fabrication standards. Proven track record of managing large-scale fabrication projects. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
