Oversee all production operations for indoor and outdoor advertising projects.
Ensure quality control and adherence to approved specifications.
Follow up on workshop and site teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Monitor the availability of materials and coordinate with procurement.
2. Planning & Scheduling
Prepare production schedules and allocate tasks to the relevant teams.
Plan project timelines according to client requirements and company capacity.
Identify risks or delays and develop alternative solutions.
3. Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with the design team, sales department, and installation teams.
Communicate with clients and engineers for technical clarifications when needed.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
4. Project Monitoring & Reporting
Track project progress daily and submit regular status reports.
Document production stages and update management with completed work.
Ensure compliance with safety and site standards.
5. Team Leadership
Supervise production staff, site teams, and technicians.
Train and motivate the team to improve performance and efficiency.
Evaluate team performance and recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in advertising production (preferred).
Strong knowledge of printing materials, signboards, fabrication, and installation.
Excellent planning, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office and project planning tools.
Work Environment:
Office, workshop, and site visits as required.
Direct interaction with clients, engineers, suppliers, and production teams.
