Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced
Production Planning Engineer
to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and optimizing production schedules to ensure efficient manufacturing operations, resource utilization, and on-time delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement detailed production schedules aligned with manufacturing targets and delivery timelines.
Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and quality control teams to ensure material availability and workflow continuity.
Monitor daily production performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to optimize efficiency.
Analyze production data, prepare reports, and support decision-making processes with accurate performance metrics.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards in all production planning activities.
Participate in process improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering
, Electronics Engineering
, or any
relevant engineering discipline

Experience:
5-10 years of proven experience in
production planning
within the
UAE or Gulf region
, preferably in
battery, electronics, or energy manufacturing
industries.
Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, material planning, and ERP systems.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management tools/software.
