Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager, your role is to ensure that customer Repairs are properly scheduled and validated in line with Customer requirements.
You are a filed expert (hands-on person), you will work closely with the Production team, Front Office (Sales Administration) & Procurement teams.
You will be responsible for analyzing the completeness and scheduling of Repair Orders (WO), considering our Customers prioritie's (represented by the Sales Administration Department), the spare parts availability (contact with the Sourcing Department) and available capacity / labour (contact with the Workshop).
MAIN ACTIVITIES
Planning Activity
Retrieve and share the site's production deadline objectives
Analyze Repair Orders (part availability, customer agreements) and resource availability
Oversee WOs completeness in connection with supply teams
Implement necessary actions with production teams to adjust resource availability (parts, tools, capacity) to meet the site's production deadline objectives
Schedule Repair Orders (including sub-assemblies) by production line
Manage Repair Orders subcontracting
Share schedules with all site teams
Coordination and Monitoring activity
Facilitate rituals to centralize information (Supply, Front Office, Production) necessary for schedule realization
Monitor schedule adherence within the allotted time
Adjust schedules according to delays, contingencies, and customer priorities
Manage recovery plans in case of contingencies
Ensure alerts and critical issues escalation to the appropriate level and facilitate effective decision-making
Analysis and Synthesis activity
Measure adherence to developed schedules
Identify causes of delays (schedule delays and contractual deadline delays)
Be accountable for the causes of non-performance in production lines
Facilitate meetings with site management to share delay causes and validate new schedules
ERP Data Control and Monitoring
Ensure the integrity of production data (status of repair orders, operation tracking, standard time maintenance) and their accurate updating
Monitor and alert in case of deviations
Propose and lead action plans with production teams
Update ERP data (start date/end date) for repair orders (WO)

Job Requirements
Bachelor or Master degree in Industrial Management or Production Management
3 to 5 years' experience or successful initial experience as a Planner in manufacturing, installation, or repair is essential.
Technical/professional skills:
Ability to use office automation and management tools: ERP, Office suite, etc.
Advanced proficiency in Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables)
Good knowledge and understanding of MRP2 principles
Understanding of production, repair processes, and supply flows between workshops & suppliers
Ability to work in project mode and take responsibility for a project

Ability to challenge teams (Production, Supply) in adhering to schedules and site production objectives
Ability to manage an activity transversally
Analytical mind and problem-solving skills
Ability to alert at the right time and to the right level (Hierarchy, Front Office, Production, Supply)
