Urban Rattan is a leading manufacturer of high-quality, durable outdoor furniture (rattan, teak, rope lounge & dining sets) designed to last a lifetime. We are looking for a proactive Production Planner to join our growing team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

Optimize daily factory workload using planning tools - create job lists and set realistic production targets to meet customer demand Manage customer orders through the full production and dispatch process Plan and order materials on a Just-In-Time basis to keep production running smoothly Handle daily production office tasks: Complete work orders Process invoicing for finished orders Upload parts and products data General administrative support
Requirements

Previous experience as a Production Planner or similar role in manufacturing (furniture industry preferred) Strong understanding of production scheduling and Just-In-Time principles Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Good numerical ability and proficiency in Microsoft Excel Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Fluency in English
