About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Production Planner

to join our

Composite Department

in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing production activities to ensure efficient workflow, timely delivery, and adherence to quality standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of composite manufacturing processes, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed production schedules for composite manufacturing operations. Coordinate material availability, manpower allocation, and machine utilization to meet production targets. Review engineering drawings, work orders, and customer specifications to determine production requirements. Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and adjust schedules to address delays or production challenges. Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and consumables. Work closely with quality, engineering, and production teams to resolve issues impacting schedule adherence. Track production KPIs and generate reports for management. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and reduce lead time. Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures and industry standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field. Minimum

5 years of experience

in production planning, preferably within

composite manufacturing

(aerospace, marine, automotive, or related industries). Strong understanding of composite materials, lay-up processes, curing methods, and related workflows. Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and production planning tools. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

Experience with LEAN manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies. Knowledge of ISO/QMS standards. Familiarity with CAD/engineering documentation.

Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
