About the job Job Title: Production Pharmacist - Semi-solids & Dispensing Job Grade: L1-1 Direct Manager: Ahmed Khedr Job Responsibilities:
- Supervising operators in Semi-solids and dispensing, assuring the process flow according to cGMP rules.
- Ensure implementation of measures for fulfillment of semi-solids & Dispensing departments weekly production plan.
- Prevention of mix-up and cross contamination during manufacturing processes.
- Updating / Creating SOPs.
- Reporting any deviation occurring during manufacturing processes.
- Training new operators on different operations.
- Collection and Review of the batch manufacturing records.
- Reporting any problems in utilities /machines during the production process.
- Assuring complied environmental monitoring to start manufacturing (differential pressures, temperature, and humidity) during the process.
- Check cleaning, disinfecting and clearance of machines, utensils and rooms according to SOPs approved by the Quality Assurance Department.
- Respect of company values, code of ethics and Social charter.
- Aligning with Quality team and Engineering all the calibration and preventive maintenance activities in Semi Solid & Dispensing Area.
- Ensure continuous improvement for area performance.
- Ensure facility integrity & keeping building maintenance at the best level.
- Applying the machine safety checklist on regular basis.
- Ergonomics training on regular basis.
- Commitment to the appropriate PPE use
- Ensures that risk assessment to any new transferred product and new machine is adequately covered.
- Continuous monitoring to the first aid boxes
- Executing waste management measures for optimum utilization of resources.
- Follow the approved HSE policy and requirements.
- Follow all the statutory legalization concerning Health, Safety and environmental law.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
- 6 months - 2 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Company
- Excellent Computer Skills
- Excellent Command of English
- Management & Leadership Skills
- Good Communication Skills
- Stretch to go beyond the level we have operated at up until now
- Take actions instead of waiting to be told what to do
- Act in the interest of our patients and customers
- Put the interests of the organization ahead of my own or those of our team
