Job Description
Position- Production Operator -Plasticizers or Resin Manufacturing (Immediate Joining) Experience- 4-5 Years Industry- Petrochemicals (Batch Process Plant- DOP (Di Octyl Phthalate/Plasticizers Manufacturing) Qualification- Bachelor/Diploma in Chemical Engineering Salary: - AED 3000 to 3500 +OT Other Benefits: - Food Allowance +Accommodation (Bachelors Sharing) +Transportation Roles & Responsibilities: - Should have complete knowledge on End-to-End production process of Di Octyl Phthalate/Plasticizers/Resins. - To achieve daily targeted production with quality. - Prepration of shift report and reporting to Production Manager - Prepration of daily production log sheets. - Calculate shift material balance and yield. - Co-ordination with all Eng. Department. - Supervision and implementing safety majors in hazardous work. - Good knowledge of Batch process in chemical manufacturing. - Carrying out normal start-up & shutdown of the plant. - Going through plant specific operating manual. - Monitoring of all equipment and recording operational process parameters. - Reporting abnormalities, failures and take corrective measure as per guidelines. - Apply all standard safety measures to all the works Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: From AED3,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
