Key Responsibilities

Executive Leadership & Strategic Direction

Provide executive leadership and strategic direction across

Production, Operations, Technical, and Maintenance

departments. Ensure alignment of people, processes, and technology for optimized performance and profitability. Supervise all department heads, ensuring each function contributes toward company goals.

Manufacturing Oversight

Oversee all manufacturing activities across plants, ensuring

maximum production output and efficiency

with minimal variances. Implement and monitor

cost control measures, technical efficiency, and equipment maintenance

. Enforce compliance with UAE industry regulations, safety, and quality standards.

Process Optimization & Coordination

Synchronize the value chain and ensure

smooth inter-departmental coordination

. Continuously improve systems, workflows, and SOPs for optimal project execution and delivery. Troubleshoot production issues and apply corrective actions effectively.

Business Development & Profitability

Support

business development initiatives, marketing strategies, and client relationships

. Drive

financial performance and operational profitability

of the production unit.

Corporate Governance & Policy Development

Develop and enforce company structure, policies, and operational procedures. Monitor internal control systems and ensure accurate and timely reporting.

People Development & Team Building

Develop

job descriptions and performance metrics

for production staff. Implement

training programs

to enhance technical and operational skills. Foster a

culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement

across the workforce.
Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).

Experience:

Minimum of

10 years in the plastic packaging or related manufacturing industry

, UAE experience preferred.

Skills:

Proven

leadership and strategic management

abilities. Strong

operational and technical knowledge

of plastic food packaging production. Expertise in

financial management, budgeting, and cost control

. Excellent

interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills

. Proficiency in

cross-functional team leadership

.
Salary & Benefits

Salary Range:

AED 2,500 - AED 6,000 (depending on skills and experience). Other benefits as per UAE Labor Law.
