Enforce safety policies and HSE compliance.
Coordinate with project and engineering teams to meet project deadlines.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
8+ years in steel fabrication or metal manufacturing, with 3+ years in a supervisory/managerial role.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of fabrication techniques, quality control, and production planning.
