Job Details :

Bachelor's degree in civil/architecture/engineering/ interior design or similar field.
10 yrs. of experience in project management within the interior design industry depending on the complexity of projects managed.
Must have a valid UAE Driving License.
Proficiency in reading and analyzing technical drawings and specifications.
Possess strong communication skills as it requires collaboration with clients and internal teams.
Strong leadership and people management skills to effectively lead and motivate production teams, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced production environment.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify production issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements, deadlines, and priorities while maintaining a high level of performance and quality standard.
