Qualifications for Production Manager - Printing Press

1. Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Printing Technology, or related field. Minimum

3-5 years of experience

in printing press operations or production management. Strong background in offset, digital, screen printing, or large-format printing processes.

2. Technical Skills

Knowledge of printing equipment, materials, color calibration, and production workflow. Ability to troubleshoot printing machinery and coordinate with technicians for maintenance. Understanding of quality control standards and print finishing processes. Proficient in production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

3. Management & Leadership

Proven ability to supervise production teams and manage daily operations. Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Ability to train staff and ensure adherence to company processes and safety guidelines.

4. Organizational & Communication Skills

Excellent communication skills to coordinate with sales, design, and delivery teams. Strong organizational skills with the ability to optimize workflow and reduce errors. Capable of handling pressure, meeting tight deadlines, and managing multiple job orders.

5. Personal Attributes

Detail-oriented and committed to high-quality output. Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and accountability. Ability to work independently and take initiative to improve production processes.

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
