Job Description
Production Manager - Carpentry Division
Location: Sharjah Free Zone
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our carpentry and joinery workshop in Sharjah Free Zone.
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily carpentry production activities and ensure timely project delivery.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams.
Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and machines efficiently.
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.
Prepare production schedules, reports, and progress updates.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in carpentry/joinery production management.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Technical knowledge of furniture, doors, cabinets, and interior fit-out works.
Ability to read shop drawings and manage workflow from design to final finish.
Experience in UAE is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
