Role Description
This is an on-site full-time role located in Sharjah for a Production Manager. The Production Manager will oversee daily operations in the factory, ensuring efficient production processes and quality control. Responsibilities include coordinating production schedules, managing a team of specialists, conducting site measurements and technical evaluations, and maintaining equipment. The role also involves liaising with clients, performing project handovers, and offering bespoke design consultations.
Qualifications
Experience in production management, preferably in the stone /Marble industry Ability to manage and lead a team of specialists Excellent organizational and coordination skills Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to conduct site measurements and technical evaluations Good communication and client management skills Experience with 3D wall design, BIM integration, and AI for project efficiency is a plus Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
