As the Interior Fit-Out Production Manager, with atleast
5-years experience
. You will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of the joinery department. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of bespoke joinery solutions while maintaining the highest standards of quality, cost, and safety.Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the joinery production process, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Coordinate with design teams, project managers, and clients to interpret design specifications and technical drawings. Supervise and lead a team of joinery craftsmen, ensuring they are motivated, trained, and working efficiently. Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring optimal use of resources and manpower. Monitor production progress, troubleshoot any issues, and ensure any deviations are addressed promptly. Ensure all materials are ordered and available on time, and manage inventory efficiently. Conduct regular quality control inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage client relationships and communicate project updates effectively. Report regularly to senior management on project status, production timelines, and potential risks.
