Production Manager
with hands-on expertise in Metso crusher systems. If you have the skills and drive to lead production at a high-capacity quarry, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily production operations, ensuring maximum performance of Metso crushers and related equipment.
Implement process improvements to reduce downtime and increase efficiency.
Lead, train, and inspire the production team to uphold safety and quality standards.
Monitor performance data, analyze results, and drive continuous improvements.
Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and operations teams for seamless plant operations.
Requirements:
Proven expertise with Metso crushersand crushing plant operations.
Strong leadership and people management experience in a quarry or heavy industry environment.
Deep understanding of safety, quality, and productivity best practices.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Effective communicator with a results-driven mindset.
