We are seeking an experienced

Production Manager (Hardware)

to oversee the full production lifecycle of

Renie Smart Bins

. This role involves planning, coordinating, and supervising hardware manufacturing operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and timely delivery. You will work closely with engineers, suppliers, and the servicing team to guarantee smooth production and continuous improvements.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the

end-to-end production process

of Renie Smart Bins. Plan, schedule, and monitor production to meet output, quality, and delivery targets. Collaborate with hardware engineers, design teams, and procurement to align production with specifications. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and operational guidelines. Manage supplier relationships and coordinate procurement of components. Lead and mentor the production team, fostering efficiency and accountability. Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely solutions.

Requirements:

2-5 years of experience in hardware production management or manufacturing operations. Proven experience managing end-to-end production processes in technology or hardware manufacturing. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines. Knowledge of IoT hardware, electronics, or smart device manufacturing is a plus.
