Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Production Manager

to oversee and manage our manufacturing and production operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production processes for printing and packaging, maintain high-quality standards, meet production targets, and optimize resources while minimizing costs.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and supervise production processes for printing and packaging operations. Monitor production schedules to ensure deadlines are met. Implement and maintain quality control standards for printed and packaged products. Manage, mentor, and motivate production staff to achieve performance targets. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices. Collaborate with design, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations. Monitor inventory levels, production costs, and raw material usage. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Prepare and present production reports to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in production or manufacturing management, preferably in printing or packaging. Strong knowledge of printing processes, packaging production, quality control, and supply chain management. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred:

Experience in luxury packaging or high-volume printing operations.
