Job Description
We're Hiring PRODUCTION MANAGER!
Join our dynamic team at FARHOOD GROUP! We're on the lookout for a detail -oriented organized , proactive oversees and controls industrial manufacturing and event production processes to ensure products are made efficiently and on time.
Requirements:
Must knowledgeable in cosmetics and Perfumes industry
Atleast 3 - 5 years of experience in UAE as Production Manager related to manufacturing
Immediately joiner
Core Responsibilities
*Developing and organizing production schedules and project timelines to meet deadlines.
*Supervising the entire production process, from start to finish, to ensure quality standards are met.
*Managing, supervising, and training production staff and junior employees.
*Determining and enforcing quality control standards throughout the production cycle.
*Ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to during the production process.
*Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment to ensure it runs smoothly.
*Collaborating with other departments, such as buyers, marketing, and sales, as well as clients.
