Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire production process, ensuring products are delivered on time, with minimal errors, and according to the company's quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and control all production activities within the factory and site. Ensure on-time delivery of products with minimal errors and rework. Review project drawings, materials, and specifications to ensure accuracy before production. Coordinate closely with design, procurement, and project teams for seamless workflow. Supervise production teams and allocate resources efficiently to meet deadlines. Monitor quality control processes to maintain high standards. Identify and resolve production issues to prevent delays and ensure smooth operations. Maintain production schedules, material usage reports, and performance records. Uphold workplace safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

Minimum

3 years of UAE experience

in interior fit-out or joinery production management. Strong understanding of fit-out production processes, materials, and technical drawings. Excellent

. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure. Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
