Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Production Manager to oversee and optimize our manufacturing operations in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and possess a strong background in production planning, team leadership, and process improvement. This role requires strategic thinking, operational excellence, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely output.
• Develop and manage production schedules, resource planning, and workflow optimization.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) across production units.
• Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with procurement, quality control, and logistics teams to streamline operations.
• Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve performance goals.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and present production reports to senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in production management.
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and production planning software.

Preferred Experience:

• Background in FMCG, pharmaceuticals, automotive, or industrial manufacturing.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
