Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Production & Manager to oversee all aspects of our production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing production workflows, leading a diverse team, and ensuring operational efficiency and quality. This role requires a professional with a proven ability to handle recruitment, team management, and strategic planning within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Production & Project Management (Fitout):

Assess project and resource requirements. Create job orders and manage project schedules and jobs for production. Monitor production workflow to ensure targets, timelines, and quality standards are met. Provide solutions for process, product, or quality-related issues. Ensure the end-to-end production cycle is managed efficiently.

Team Leadership & Human Resources:

Supervise and evaluate the performance of all foremen, laborers, and drivers. Manage and schedule workforce shifts, allocating tasks on the shop floor. Manage production staff and create related policies in conjunction with management approval. Maintain a safe and well-maintained work environment by implementing housekeeping rules. Actively work in cross-functional teams and coordinate with different departments.

Operational & Inventory Control:

Manage the procurement of raw materials. Implement improvements to minimize production costs. Maintain inventory reports for tools and raw materials in the warehouse. Coordinate with procurement, sales, and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery. Schedule regular maintenance for equipment and other fixed assets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Proven experience in a production management role, in a fit-out environment. Expertise in
