Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Production Manager
to lead and oversee our production operations. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of5 years' experience in cast aluminium works and metal fabrication
, with a proven track record in managing production teams and ensuring high-quality outputs.Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and manage daily production activities to meet project deadlines. Supervise and lead production staff, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations. Monitor workflow, allocate resources, and optimize efficiency across all production stages. Oversee fabrication, assembly, and finishing processes for cast aluminium and metal works. Ensure compliance with client specifications and company standards. Coordinate with the design, procurement, and project management teams for smooth operations. Maintain production reports and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of experience
in production management, specifically incast aluminium and metal works
. Strong leadership and team management skills. In-depth knowledge of production planning, quality control, and resource management. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
